The breakfast was a disappointment. the food's taste was not good, and it was the same every day. they use just plastic cutlery and plates, which i don't like. the breakfast area was very small and crowded.

the hotel's location was acceptable.

The front desk staff seemed lacking transparency and friendliness. i faced unexpected charges for package reception, without prior notification about the $10 fee per package. They charged me $60 and promised a refund, but i am still waiting. i am also still awaiting a refund for one night due to a nighttime event. Service quality declined since my previous stays.
